In this regard, the bank has listed an agenda in its upcoming AGM.
The bank is conducting its 13th AGM on March 11 in the conference hall of Shuvam Foundation at ward no 2, Majhuwagadhi Municipality, Rupakot, Diktel at 11 am.
The meeting will approve a proposal of issuing IPO to the general public. Moreover, the meeting will amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
