The company is issuing 100 million mutual fund units worth Rs 1 billion at a face value of Rs 10 per unit. The mutual fund is 10 10-yearly closed-ended scheme.
Out of the total offered units, the company has allocated 14 percent i.e. 14 million units for fund promoter Reliable Nepal Life Insurance and 1 percent i.e. 1 million units to fund manager. The remaining 85 million mutual fund units will be issued to the general public.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 10 million mutual fund units. The issue will close early on April 20 and later on April 30.
The company has appointed Sanima Capital as issue manager. The applicants can apply from all ASBA approved BFIs and Meroshare.
Care Ratings Nepal has assigned BBB+ rating to the issuer indicating moderate degree of safety.
