The bank is issuing 2.5 million units of debenture worth Rs 2.5 billion at a face value of Rs 1000. Out of total offered units, the bank will allocated 1.5 million units worth Rs 1.5 billion to personal financers while the remaining 1 million units will be issued to the general public.
Moreover, the bank has allocated 5 percent i.e. 50,000 units of general public quota to mutual funds.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 and maximum of 2.5 million units of debentures. The issue will close early on April 23 and lately on May 4.
The bank has appointed Sanima Capital as issue manager. The investors can apply from all ASBA approved BFIs and Meroshare.
