As per the company, an agreement was signed with Varnabas Museum Hotel regarding the purchase on July 13th.
As per the agreement, NRN Infrastructure will purchase 1 million units of promoter shares at Rs 125 per unit amounting to Rs 12.5 million. Moreover, a minimum of one director will represent NRN in the BOD of the hotel.
