The meeting which was supposed to conduct on September 10 will now conduct on September 16 in Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 12 percent stock and 0.632 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, appoint four directors from group A and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on August 29, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till August 28 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
