The company had issued 1,701,500 units of ordinary shares worth Rs 170.1 million form September 1-4. In the issue, a total of 2,175,888 applicants have applied for 23,738,910 units of ordinary shares. Out of total applications, 32,638 applications were cancelled while 2,143,250 applications were approved.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guideline under which 170,150 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery.
