According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmark gold has been set at Rs 230,600 per tola today.
The gold price increased by Rs 7,400 per tola compared to the last trading day. On September 28, the gold price was Rs 223,200 per tola which was also the record breaking price.
Similarly, the silver price also hit a new record on the day. The silver price increased by Rs 120 to the new record breaking price of Rs 2,930.
Silver price held previous record of Rs 2,810 per tola on September 28.
