Samriddhi Finance and Pokhara Finance have obtained a principled agreement of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) for merger.
The central bank provided the principled agreement to the companies on October 13, Monday.
Both companies signed a merger agreement on July 20 with 1:1 share swap ratio.
The gold price has taken a u-turn from the peak while, the silver price has hit new record on October 10.
