The company is closing its book on October 28, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 26 (last trading day before book close) will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting 32th annual general meeting (AGM) on November 11 in The Everest Hotel, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 4.30 pm.
The meeting will endorse proposals of distributing Rs 1,842 per unit cash dividend to its shareholders, appoint an auditor and approve CRS expenses. Moreover, the meeting will amend article and memorandum of association to change its promoter shareholder’s name to IJ Group Holdings from Sibkrim Holdings Pvt Ltd.
