The company issued 2,510,493 units of shares worth Rs 251 million to the general public from October 12-15.
In the issue, a total of 1,898,333 applicants applied for 20,568,210 units of shares. Out of which 1,869,330 applications were approved while 26,636 applications were cancelled.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guideline under which only 251,049 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery. The remaining three shares were again allotted to the allottees making three applicants owner of 11 shares.
