Global IME Bank is closing its book on November 2 while Gurans Laghubitta and Muktinath Krishi Company is closing their books on October 31 , thus, the shareholders registered in their books till October 30 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Global IME Bank (GBIME) is conducting its 19th AGM on November 12 in Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
Similarly, Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (GLBSL) has called out 10th AGM on November 9 in Hile Kanjirowa Makalu Hotel, Dhankuta at 9 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 14.25 percent stock and 0.75 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders. Similarly, the meeting will approve a proposal of delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, elect four promoter directors and appoint an auditor.
Likewise, Muktinath Krishi Company (MKCL) is conducting 7th AGM on November 7 in Silver Walk Banquet and Events Centre, Gairidhara, Kathmandu at 11.30 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent stock dividend to its shareholders. Apart from dividend proposal, the meeting will approve a proposal of issuing 60 percent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution.
