Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank (MNBL) has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 3 decided to propose 5 percent stock and 5.37 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
