NMB Bank (NMB)has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 21 decided to propose 5 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend including tax.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM.
