The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15.7895 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders. The meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the bank will close its book on December 5, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 4 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
