NRN Infrastructure and Development (NRN) is conducting its 13th AGM on December 19 in Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Sadak, Kathmandu at 9 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 40 percent stock dividend and 2.105 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders.
Similarly, Shivam Cements is conducting its 10th AGM on December 11 in Rastriya Sava Griha, Pradarshani Marg, Kathmandu at 10.30 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 2.50 percent stock and 10 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
