As per the notice of the companies submitted to Nepal Stock Exchange, due to special circumstances of events pursunt to Rule 25(5) of Securities Registration and Issue Regulation, 2016 and 22 (d) of the Securities Enlisting Bylaws, 2019, the board of directors meeting of the company held on November 26 decided not to declare any dividend for the FY 2081/82.
The companies stated that the decision has been taken in the best long-term interest of the company and its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting decided to conduct 39th AGM on January 7, 2026 for which the companies will close their books on December 26, 2025.
