Through the policy, the central bank cut down Policy Rate to 4.25 percent from 4.50 percent.
Similarly, NRB cut down Standing Liquidity Facility Rate which is also upper limit of interest rate corridor to 5.75 percent from 6 percent while the lower limit of interest rate has been kept intact at 2.75 percent.
