The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent stock and 0.263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will also approve a proposal of issuing 1:1 right share of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution.
In this regard, the company will close its book on December 16, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 15 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
