According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold has been set at Rs 270,600 per tola today.
The gold price increased by Rs 1,300 compared to yesterday. On December 26, the price of fine gold was Rs 269,300 per tola which was also record breaking price.
Similarly, the silver price gained by Rs 270 to make a new record at Rs 4,835 per tola. On December 26, the silver price was Rs Rs 4,565 per tola which was also record.
