The company has listed an agenda regarding the IPO in its upcoming AGM.
The company is conducting its 10th AGM on Janaury 23 in Manbhawan, Lalitpur at 10:45 am.
Apart from IPO proposal, the company will delegate authority to BOD to amend its article and memorandum of association as per the requirement of regulatory bodies.
