Out of fourteen companies, Nepal Telecom and Sagarmatha Insurance are closing their books on January 4 while all other companies are closing their books on January 2, therefore, the shareholders registered in their books till today (last trading day before bookclose) will be eligible to attend their AGMs and obtain the announced dividend.
