According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold has been set at Rs 282,000 per tola today.
Previously, the gold price held record on January 14 with Rs 278,000 per tola.
The gold price increased by Rs 4,200 compared to yesterday. On January 18, the price of fine gold was Rs 277,800 per tola.
Similarly, the silver price also makes new record today with Rs 5,810 per tola. The silver price increased by Rs 185 compared to Rs 5,625 per tola of yesterday.
Previously, the silver price made record on January 14 with Rs 5,655 per tola.
