Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (FOWAD) is set to skip dividend distribution of the last FY.
The board meeting of the company held on March 8 decided not to distribute any dividend and forward financial reports to the NRB for approval.
The gold and silver price have gained on April 19.
