The company issued 1,286,500 units shares from February 17-23. In the issue, a total of 2,620,341 applicants applied for 28,164,850 units of shares. Out of total applications, 2,580,470 applications were approved while 39,871 applications were cancelled.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guideline under which 128,650 applicants were provided 10 units of shares.
