NEPSE published the Guidelines on Thursday as per the Guideline on margin lending of Securities Board of Nepal.
According to Procedure, margin facility will not be available to all listed companies. The following criteria have been listed in which
At least 2.5 million shares must have been issued to the public and listed on NEPSE,
The company's net worth must be more than its paid-up capital,
Must have been in net profit for at least two of the last three years. Must have been listed for at least two years after the public offering,
