Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Ilam, Laxmi Bhandari, shared that the highway was completely blocked for traffic after dry landslide recurred this morning.
Efforts are underway to resume the traffic, added Bhandari. Dry landslide had taken place at Bagkhor of Rong rural municipality-4 in Ilam district. A truck (Province 1-01-001 Kha 43334) heading towards Jhapa from Ilam was buried due to landslide, said the police. However, no human casualty is reported. (RSS)
