Arrest warrant issued against Deuba couple

An arrest warrant has been issued against former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and his wife, former Foreign Minister Arzu Rana Deuba.

As per the Department of Money Laundering Investigation, the warrant has been issued by the District Court in Kathmandu against the Deuba couple on charges related to money laundering and involvement in amassing illegal property.

The Deuba couple are currently in Singapore for medical treatment. .
