Despite the rise in NEPSE, the transaction volume has decreased. A total of 10,928,000 units of shares worth Rs 4.74 billion were traded in 81,006 trades on the day.

Similarly, the share price of Jhapa Energy has increased by 9.5 percent and the share price of Green Development Bank has increased by 7 percent. The NIFRA Green Energy Debenture, 6%, 2088/89 fell the most by 14.01 percent on the day.
Reliance Spinning Mills topped the list on the basis of turnover amount. Shares worth Rs 307.4 million were traded on the day. Similarly, the turnover of Ankhu Khola Hydropower Company crossed Rs 260 million and shares of Solu Hydropower worth Rs 240 million were traded on the day.

Similarly, the index of the development bank sub-group increased by more than 1 percent on the day. The index of the trading sub-group decreased the most by 1.39 percent.
