The central bank has given prior approval for the right issue on April 30. The special proposal regarding the right issue will be presented in the upcoming 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank. The issuance of right shares will proceed only after final approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and approval from the AGM.
