The newly added companies span across the manufacturing, agro, distillery, and hydropower sectors. Below are the specific details of their applications:
Rajesh Metal Crafts Limited has applied to issue 6,000,000 units of shares worth Rs 600 million targeted at local and general publics on May 23.
Similarly, Annapurna Fish Feed Industry Limited has applied to issue 1,009,531 units of shares worth Rs 10.09 million on May 21. The company has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as the issue manager.
Likewise, Yuvrani Agro Industries Limited has applied to issue 16,500,000 units of shares worth Rs 165 million on May 21. The company has appointed Prabhu Capital as issue manager.
Moreover, Premier Distillery Limited has applied for the issuance of 2,250,000 units of shares worth Rs 225 million through Siddhartha Capital Limited on May 22.
Furthermore, Super Hewa Power Company Limited has applied to issue 1,925,000 units of shares worth Rs 192.5 million via Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited on May 23.
Additionally, Raghuganga Hydropower Limited has applied to issue 15,000,000 units of shares worth Rs 1.50 billion on May 22. NIC Asia Capital has been appointed as the issue and sales manager.
All six companies are currently in the initial review phase under SEBON’s 'Application with Compliance Report' status. Once the regulator completes its thorough review and grants final approval, the respective companies will announce the official dates for their public share issuance.
