The board meeting of the company held on June 5 decided not to distribute any dividend and forward financial reports to the NRB for approval.
The microfinance company, which has been trading in the secondary market since Asoj 2079, has not yet distributed dividends to its shareholders. However, the shares of the company were last traded at Rs 1,114.90 in the secondary market last week. A total of 2.5 million units of shares of the microfinance company are listed on NEPSE.
In the third quarter of the current FY, the company has EPS of Rs 52.53 and net worth per share of Rs 157.84.
