The AGM will endorse proposal of issuing 100 percent right shares of the existing paid-up capital , delegate authority to the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
In this regard, the company will close the book for one day on June 30. thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 29 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
