The stock regulator has adjusted the stock price at Rs 444.84 after adjusting 4.2857 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 463.90 on July 2.
The company is conducting 32nd AGM on July 15 in Amrapali Banquet Catering and Events, Baluwatar, Kathmandu at 10.30 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 4.2857 percent stock and 0.22256 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders. Similarly, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
