The stock regulator has adjusted the stock price at Rs 763.64 after adjusting 10 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 840 on August 20.
The company is conducting its 14th and 15th annual general meeting (AGMs) on September 3 at Nepa Banquet, Nayabazaar, Kathmandu at 10 am.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distirbuting 10 percent stock dividend for the FY 2081/82 and 12 percent cash dividend for FY 2082/83.
Moreover, the meeting will also approve 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax, delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
