The board of directors meeting of the company held on August 11 decided to distirbute the dividend. MOreover, the capital has called out 10th AGM on September 11 in its registered capital in Thapathali.
The AGM will discuss and approve the annual report and approve the proposal of distributing 50% cash dividend.
