Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is going to start integrated transaction by acquiring Win Nepal Laghubitta.
The Special General Meeting (SGM) of Swarojgar Laghubitta held on May 15 and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Wean Nepal Laghubitta held on May 19 had endorsed the proposal for acquisition.
The companies have already obtainbed final approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Office of the Company Registrar for the integrated transaction. The companies have also informed that all transactions of both companies will be closed on the first day of joint transaction.
After the acquisition, the transaction will be operated in the name of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The company's head office will be located at Banepa-5 of Kavrepalanchowk.
Both companies are listed on NEPSE. A total of 8,956,337 units of Swarojgar Laghubitta and 843,406 units of Wean Nepal Laghubitta are listed in the secondary market.
