Sanima Bank (SANIMA) has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the bank held on August 27 decided to distribute 10 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM.
