The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 9 percent cash dividend to preference shareholders and 15 percent cash dividend including tax to ordinary shareholders.
The meeting will also endrose a proposal of delegating authority to BOD to amend its article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on September 3, thus, the shareholders registered in its book on September 2 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
