The board of directors meeting of the company decided to propose 10 percent stock and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax to its shareholders.
The company already obtained pre-approval of the dividend proposal from Electricity Regulatory Commission.
In order to approve the proposal, the company has called out 5th AGM on October 7 in Lisara Reception Pvt. Ltd, Bhagwati Bahal, Naxal, Kathmandu at 8.30 am.
In this regard, the company will close its book on September 23, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 22 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
