The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 4.75 percent stock and 0.25 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Similarly, the meeting will endorse a proposal of issuign 100 percent right share, delegating authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on October 28, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 27 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
