The company is closing its book on Monday, November 2 for the AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till today (last trading day before bookclose) will be eleigible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company has called out its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 19 at Diyalo Foodland Kalikanagar Pvt. Ltd., Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, Rupandehi at 9 a.m.
The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 3.6842 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders. Likewise, the meeting will appoint an auditor and approve the financial statements of the last fiscal year.
