Inaugurating the branch office of Civil Bank in Lamjung district headquarters on Saturday, the governor said that the central bank was working to bring all people under the banking service.
The banks and financial institutions would be established in all 753 local levels by this fiscal year. A local level would have the budget of upto Rs 350 million and the transaction would be through the banks," Dr Nepal said.
He added that the central bank was taking the policy to establish at least a bank in each local level.
