NEPSE adjusts share price of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted share price of Kaman Sewa BIkas Bank (KSBBL) after announcement of 5.50 percent bonus share.

The stock exchange has adjusted the share price at Rs 143.13 with a base price of Rs 175.56.

Kamana Sewa is conducting its 11th AGM on July 16. The 250th board of directors meeting of the bank held on June 24 decided to call the AGM in Indreni Food Land, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 9:00 AM.

The AGM is scheduled to endorse a proposal of 6.50 percent cash and 5.50 percent stock dividend to its shareholders. The meeting will also endorse a proposal of amending its issued and authorized capital in its article of association and policies as per the changed paid-up capital due to bonus distribution.

Similarly, the AGM will delegate authority to BOD to identify potential merger or acquisition partners and to carry out all necessary procedures to the same and others.

For the AGM, the bank is closing its book on July 2-16, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till July 1 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
