Sanima Mai Hydropower is conducting its 7th AGM in Celebration Height, Sukedhara at 11:00 AM on October 25. The board of directors meeting held on October 1 decided to propose15 percent dividend including 10 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The AGM is supposed to hold the discussion on acquiring Sanima Hydropower Company and delegate authority to BOD to forward the procedure regarding the acquisition.
