Summit Laghubitta is conducting its 14th annual general meeting on June 13 in Arniko Party Palace, Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk at 10.30 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 13.56227 percent stock and 0.713829 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will approve a proposal of issuing 856,665 units of further public offering to maintain promoter and ordinary shareholders ratio after bonus share distribution.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and appoint an auditor.
