The company is conducting its 24th AGM on November 16 in Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni at 11:00 AM.
The meeting is subjected to approve the proposal of distributing 5 percent cash dividend as well as issue further promoter issue to bring in Muthoot Finance from Kochi, India as its strategic partner.
United Finance is issuing 20 percent i.e. 2.1 million units of promoter shares to Muthoot Finance to enter into the partnership.
The company with Rs 800.5 million in paid-up capital earned Rs 64.1 million in net profit. In the last FY, it maintained ESP of Rs 8.01.
