The AGM of the Bank is set to endorse a proposal of distributing 14 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The meeting will also delegate authority to its BOD to forward merger or acquisition with suitable partners.
Moreover, the meeting will amend its article of association to carry out duties as share broker with or without any subsidiary company and to issue bond and debenture for capital mobilization as per requirement.
The bank is closing its book on November 30, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 29 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtained the announced dividend.
