Chautari Laghubitta issued 560,700 units of IPO that went oversubscribed by 30.50 times. The initial data indicates that nearly 217,430 applicants will be left empty handed in this issue.
Merely, 56,070 applicants will be provided mandatory 10 units of shares as per Security Issuance and Allotment Directive.
Chautari Laghubitta issued 560,000 units of IPO worth Rs 56 million at a face value of Rs 100 from December 5-9.
The company allocated 9,300 units of shares to employees and 30,000 units of shares to mutual funds.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 126 million that will reach Rs 186 million after the IPO.
