The company is closing its book on December 30 for the AGM purpose, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 29 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent cash dividend worth Rs 60 million and 25 percent stock dividend worth Rs 75 million to its shareholders.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 300.1 million that will reach Rs 375.5 million after the bonus share distribution.
