Global IME is conducting its 12th AGM on January 11. The board of directors meeting of the bank held on December 16 decided to call out the AGM in Naxal Banquet, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.
The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of approving 16 percent bonus share to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to seek potential partner for merger and acquisition.
